Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently working with a family-owned manufacturing company looking for an Administrative Assistant working from their Madison, WI location.

What's the role?

The Administrative Assistant is a key position that provides the executive leadership team with high-level administrative support allowing them to function efficiently and focus on strategic business initiatives. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while managing the schedules, communications, and administrative tasks of key company executives. General duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering and preparing documents for meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

Previous experience in an administrative role supporting executive leadership is highly desired.Advanced computer competency required in Microsoft Office to work within company software programs.Ability to always provide the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.Project management experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills used in completing tasks.Handles a fast-paced environment and deadline pressures well, planning and carrying out responsibilities with minimal direction.Experience in a small business setting is a plus.High school degree or equivalent related work experience. A secondary educational degree is a plus

What will my schedule look like?

This hourly role generally works a 40-hour work week fully onsite during office hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p.
