General Summary

This position is responsible for delivering and optimizing digital technology solutions, using agile principles that align with the company's architectural standards to create efficient, user friendly, secure and supportable IT services that provide business value.

Essential Job AccountabilitiesDrive technology solutions from design to implementation and release. Ensure efficiency, operational excellence, and quality, while delivering results on time, enhancing IT project and portfolio performance.Serve as technical lead, in the oversight of implementation, installation, customization and integration efforts aligned with the intent of the project solution, to ensure a high level of application performanceManage comparative studies between various technology options, and assist with market research, competitive analysis, and pricing in alignment with project requirements to ensure delivered solution meets documented needsDemonstrate deep familiarity with transformative digital technologies and apply this knowledge to deliver solutions that support optimized departmental productivity and efficiency.Manage rapid solution deployments using agile principles and optimize solutions to create efficient, user friendly, secure, and supportable IT servicesLead and manage technology-related aspects of active projects. Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Project Management to ensure requirements and technical design elements are sufficient to establish accurate estimates in support of an executable plan.Leverage technical, and business domain knowledge, including the ability to solicit and document complex requirements, develop implementation strategies using cloud service models, and effectively design and elaborate solutions, to deliver solutions that promote sustainable business value.Manage Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements with technology partners to ensure optimal solution selection.Create solutions that adhere to the guidelines, standards, and roadmaps defined by Enterprise Architecture, and facilitate the transition of solutions to Operations to support business optimization effortLead cross-functional quality and system change management efforts to ensure deployment of high quality, compliant, technology solutionsDrive collaboration and partner with IT, vendor and business team members to ensure delivered technology-based solutions map to overall strategy and architecture, while addressing business needs and bringing value to the overall organizationEducation

Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering requiredProject Management Institute (PMI) CAPM or PMP certification requiredCertified Scrum Master (CSM) requiredWork Experience

Minimum 8 years' solution architecture experience in delivering high security, high availability technical solutionsMinimum 5 years' experience in all aspects of delivering cloud-based solutions, leveraging industry best practices and deployment strategiesDemonstrated experience as a Scrum Master on strategic technical projectsKnowledge, skills, and abilities

Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.

Base Salary Range:$112,493.85 - $168,740.77Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
