Job Description :
We are seeking a
Infrastructure Solutions Architect
to support the maintenance, upgrade, and optimization of a large-scale enterprise network environment. The role involves providing advanced technical expertise for network infrastructure, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the stability and security of the network. This is a highly consultative position focused on implementing and managing Cisco network technologies, as well as providing training and knowledge transfer to the internal engineering team.
Responsibilities :•Support the upgrade and optimization of the enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco Nexus and Catalyst products, and implement network solutions.•Administer and maintain Cisco DNA Center and Catalyst Center, ensuring proper configuration and optimization.•Perform daily support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for network infrastructure, including Cisco ISE and endpoint security.•Develop remediation plans for security vulnerabilities identified through assessments or penetration tests.•Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and support staff.•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical business functions and ensure the network infrastructure aligns with organizational needs.•Consult with vendor product specialists and engineers on best-fit technologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.•Analyze, document, and support data center network solutions, including network upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.•Plan and develop ITIL-compliant support processes for network infrastructure, ensuring best practices are followed.•Provide subject matter expertise on adherence to security frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., NIST, CIS, PCI).•Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.•Monitor network performance and provide ongoing support for disaster recovery planning, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:•5+ years of experience with Cisco Nexus & Catalyst products, including UCS and troubleshooting.•5+ years of experience with Cisco ISE and network security tools.•Expertise with Cisco DNA Center/Catalyst Center and enterprise networking fundamentals.•Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification required.•Experience in network automation, security remediation, and infrastructure upgrades.•Ability to perform complex technical tasks independently and mentor junior engineers.•Strong communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams.•A degree of creativity, initiative, and latitude in managing enterprise network environments
