Location: - Chattanooga, TN - Day 1 Onsite

General :Sr. Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support growing network infrastructure.

Requires working knowledge of multiple computing platforms (including physical, virtual, and cloud.) This position works independently, and as part of the Network Infrastructure Team, and subject to the broad direction of a technical manager.

Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Firewall, Load balancer, IPAM, NAC, ACS, AAA )Configuration and troubleshooting of highly complex technical problems related to Network firewall - Palo alto, Cisco ASA, Load balancer- F5 (LTM, APM, GTM) is must.Able to configure and troubleshoot issues related to DNS/DHCP, NAC, AAA, ISEGood working knowledge of cloud technologies- Azure, AWS, F5 WAF, Squid proxyGood working knowledge of routing protocolsPerform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurationsMonitor performance and ensure system availability and reliabilityMonitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planningProvide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issuesWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructureSelect and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security teamLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionPlan and execute in depth technical activity, influencing the direction of activities/plans and providing technical insight and guidance to othersInvestigate and help resolve issues on customer's network and IT estates using agreed troubleshooting methodologiesManage support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our customers' expectationsEnsuring accurate recording of all cases using the Company's ticket management tool and closing within agreed timeframesUsing the central document repository, to ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practiceSupporting and taking ownership of ad-hoc projectsSupporting wider team with knowledge share, via knowledge base communications (emails, how-to guides etc.) and contribution at team meetings
