Job Description :
Hybrid (Tues/Wed/Thursday) to Office in Richfield, MN
Must haves:•10+ years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, Integration, Implementing UCAs, Ajax, Generic System Services.•Strong hands on core Java/J2EE/XML development and with SOA (REST and/or SOAP) implementation.3•Strong hands on experience with Process Designer, BPDs and Coach Framework as a Front End technology.•Strong hands on experience with with Process Modules, SCA modules and various bindings, Mediation modules, libraries, message handing, error handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, Business Rules•Strong hands on experience with REST/SOAP to consume complex enterprise interface solutions.•Strong hands on experience with applying governance model, managing releases/ change cycles.•Strong hands on experience with CI/CD experience, knowledge of ALM tools - Git, Jenkins, Ansible, UrbanCode and other deployment tools.•Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of business users and technical resources.•Strong hands on experience working with designers in creating wireframes & mockups.
Nice to haves:•Knowledge on with DB[SQL Server/Oracle] Programming experience.•Knowledge of Java/J2EE.•Knowledge of Banking & Financial Services domain.•Agile Experience
Required Skills : Senior developer who is very technical that will work closely with on-shore lead. They will have their own offshore team as well. Need this person to answer questions for the offshore team if the leads aren't available. More than 50% of hands on technical development. Be able to follow up the next morning and check on work. They want no pause in work. The work has to be continuous with good communication and transition from on-shore to offshore team. The team is already assembled. There is jazz sessions every Thursday. This is an all hands on deck approach. Has had past experiences where people have said they would relocate and then never would. They can only sit in the office in Richfield. They want this person side by side with this person to help with communication and everyone is on the same page. They want this person to help with decision making.
