Hadoop Administrator :
- Work across multiple clusters supporting multi-tiered applications in the big data domain- Provide production support for tier 1 applications and enterprise platforms- Deal with service disruptions, configuration management, new feature deployment, and new product implementations
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Experience with Hadoop administration, particularly with Cloudera distribution- Proficiency supporting Spark, Hive, Impala, and Hue within the Hadoop ecosystem- Experience with Red Hat Linux administration- Experience in managing and optimizing big data infrastructures- Knowledge of configuration management and feature deployment processes- Excellent documentation skills for maintaining best practices and standard operating procedures
