Senior Full Stack Java Developer at CAI in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job ID Number R3779 Employment Type Full time Worksite Flexibility Remote Job Summary As a Senior Full Stack Java Developer, you will support a large state government initiative using Java. Job Description We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to support a large, on-going State Government initiative. This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do + Understand client requirements and how they translate to new application features + Collaborate with development team and other IT peers to set specifications for software development and maintenance + Write high-quality Java, Vue and SQL code to program complete on schedule + Perform Unit and Integration testing before implementation + Assist with Functional and Non-Functional testing + Assist with troubleshooting and debugging applications + Help to maintain and develop Technical Documents and guides to accurately represent application design and code + Research and resolve production issues and end user support requests What You'll Need Required: + Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle + Experience designing and building applications + 7+ years programming experience in Java + 5+ years relational database experience + Experience with J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, VueJS + In Depth Knowledge of programing for diverse operating systems and platforms + Knowledge of Eclipse, Jenkins, SonarQube, JBoss preferred but not required + Experience developing, deploying and maintaining applications in an Azure environment preferred + A team player with good communication skills + Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability + Great attention to detail and time-management skills + BS/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field or equivalent experience Physical Demands + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please dir To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
