Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on customization, configuration, and integration. You will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM solutions that enhance business processes, improve user experiences, and drive customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities within Dynamics CRM.Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business applications and data sources using APIs and connectors.Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CRM solutions, implementing updates and enhancements as necessary.Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and Microsoft Dynamics 365 features to ensure best practices and innovative solutions.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and development.Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and .NET framework.Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, and database design.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or similar certification.Experience in Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of Azure services and cloud integrations.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.Flexible work arrangements.
