Overview Sunrun is seeking a skilled Sr. Implementation Manager to join our Affiliate Partner organization. The Implementation Manager will drive the successful deployment of designated programs and initiatives, in addition to managing new partner diligence and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coordinating logistics, facilitating communications, and building bridges between various stakeholders to ensure the effective program implementation and onboarding support for our partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Collaborate with Affiliate Program Management, cross-functional teams (sales, account management, compliance, and operations), and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and program adoption. + Coordinate and manage partner implementation and technical onboarding, supporting the integration of company values and tools for successful engagement. + Provide training and support to internal teams and partners as needed to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of Sunrun's systems and processes. + Document and maintain all implementation processes, procedures, and guides for future reference and continuous improvement. + Oversee onboarding and compliance management for new partner prospects, including Affiliates, Sales Partners, Subcontractors, Installation Partners, and Service Partners. + Conduct thorough due diligence assessments of potential partners, ensuring compliance and alignment with company standards. + Develop, maintain, and improve a robust intake and tracking system for prospective partnerships. + Assist the Affiliate Account Management team with end-to-end implementation of specific programs, projects, and services for new and existing Affiliate partners. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and strategies through feedback, analysis, and innovation. REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS) + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management or implementation, preferably within technology or renewable energy sectors. + Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage a range of stakeholders. + Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, G Suite, and Salesforce. + Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. + Willingness to travel as needed for program implementation and partner engagement. + Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Starting salary/wage for this opportunity: $102,905.78 to $137,207.70 Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
