Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner with a background in software development in the construction or real estate industries (preferably in facilities management). As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy, vision and scope of our product, driving its development and delivery (including prioritizing needs, managing backlog and evaluating feedback, coordinating between multiple external and internal stakeholders, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Lead product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market demands.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand market requirements, user and commercial needs, and business objectives.Define and prioritize product roadmap, features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and industry trends.Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the vision and goals of the product.Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.Provide clear direction and guidance to development teams throughout the development lifecycle.Champion agile methodologies and best practices, ensuring teams deliver high quality software on time and on-budget.Conduct regular sprint reviews and product demonstrations to gather feedback and ensure alignment with stakeholders.Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product roadmap.Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

Desired Skills

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience and track record as a Product Owner or similar role in the software development industry (preferred construction or real estate industry), including successful product launches and market adoption.Understanding of facility management processes and software solutions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of software development lifecycle and principles.
