Technical Business Analyst

Location: San AntonioSchedule: Hybrid onsite (3-4X/week)Analyze business processes/systems, identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, track KPIs, etc.Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specificationsCollaborates with internal customers to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutionsParticipates in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems designAnalyzes and suggests areas for cost control and reduction and develops business process flowsWorks independently and collaborates with junior and senior stakeholdersStrong working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Salesforce, and ExcelExperience supporting business requirements for large-scale applications in the concerned domainKnowledge of defects tracking and release managementUnder supervision, assembles, analyzes, and documents clients business requirementsAssists in the creation of business requirement documents (BRD) that set out project requirements including costs, objectives, milestones, and timelinesPerforms business analysis and project management support for his/her area. Interprets data and provides analysis results to derive actionable insightsAssists in the development of detailed functional specifications including function models, process flow diagrams, and report and screen layoutsAssists in the presentation of recommendations and solution designsCoordinates with the testing team in planning and executing system integration testing and regression testingParticipates in resolving any functional issue in the post-production environment during the cutover periodSupports the senior stakeholders in preparing user guides and providing user trainingGood understanding of Agile methodology and SDLCExperience supporting business requirements for large-scale applications in the concerned domain
