Mobile Automation Testing Lead ,
As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.•4 years of Information Technology experience•Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada•4 years of experience in years of experience in Mobile and Web Automation Testing.
Preferred4+ years of experience in Mobile Test Automation.Experience in Mobile testing tool, preferably XCUITest Tool, Espresso with Kotlin Appium with any cloud services (Perfecto, Saucelabs, Browser Stack) is must.Should be good in proposing new solutions to the existing problemsGood experience in Cucumber with strong java programming for test automationProficiency in test automation for Native appsExperience with Command line tools for iOS, Android and AppiumExperience on handling Regression Suite MaintenanceExperience in achieving in sprint automation in agile mode of executionExperience with Jenkins or other continuous integration softwareDesign and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Experience with Testing strategies and Test ExecutionKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
