ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented, US-based individual to help us develop high-impact automation solutions for our customers leveraging UiPath software.

Process Analysis & Assessment :

Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand current business processes.Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.Conduct feasibility analysis for automation.Solution Design :

Design RPA solutions aligned with client requirements and best practices.Create process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).Map out workflows, decision logic, and exception handling.Development & Configuration :

Develop and configure automated workflows using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).Implement bots to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring robustness and efficiency.Write, test, and debug code for automation.Testing & Quality Assurance :

Conduct unit and integration testing to validate bot functionality.Collaborate with the QA team or client to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.Deployment & Implementation :

Implement RPA bots in client environments, ensuring proper configuration.Monitor the performance of deployed bots to ensure operational stability.Assist with the production deployment process, including rollback plans and risk mitigation.Documentation :

Maintain comprehensive documentation of automated processes, scripts, and logic.Update documentation based on changes or enhancements.Client Consultation :

Advise clients on best practices for RPA implementation and scaling.Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams as needed.Recommend process improvements or additional automation opportunities.BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Relevant RPA project experience: 3-7 years of project implementation or custom solutions experienceHealthcare industry (provider) experience preferredCertified in UiPaths Advanced RPA Developer programFamiliarity with Azure Dev Ops, Agile Project Management3-5+ years of designing, coding, configuring, testing, or implementing customized software solutionsDemonstrated software development experience in one or more of the following: .Net 4.0 or higher, C#/C++, Java, Windows Workflow Foundation, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.Practices ongoing personal, and professional development, staying informed of evolving technologies, business trends, tools, and applicationsStrong capacity to apply custom software development skills to RPA technologies and develop RPA expertiseStrong client-facing skillsMust be authorized to work in the USMust be based in the U.S.
