To support this mission, the Information Technology Specialist II provides O365 Administration, Intune, Entra, Azure Focus support to Helio Health's behavioral healthcare programs. This is a great opportunity to implement solutions for new facilities and acquisitions in a rapidly growing organization. This role will work remotely supporting Helio Health's programs across Upstate New York. Preferably, someone based in the Upstate/Central, NY area. In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500 Pay Rate: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Responsibilities Focus on Office 365 administration, Intune, Entra, and Azure. Provide remote support and troubleshooting for a multi-site healthcare facility. Collaborate with the IT team to advance Helio Health's technology platforms. Administer and support Office 365, including Teams and SharePoint. Manage Intune, Entra, and Azure environments. Provide Tier II/III support to users. Execute and manage IT projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of IT experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
