Responsible for providing outstanding Information Technology service for all AP Emissions. Must have in-depth knowledge of Epicor and add-ons and must understand manufacturing business flow. This function has the responsibility of providing solutions and working with the business to determine better outcomes for data acquisition and delivery of data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following.

Responsible for End-user support for Epicor and business products such as Kinetic 2021, Docstar (ECM), MES, CPC, AFR, Spreadsheet server

Provides skillful probing questions to determine needs and develop actions to meet those requirements.

Responsible for developing computer generated outputs to be used in reporting data as required for the business.

Partner with the ERP manager and business teams to develop solutions and processes to facilitate better data flow and movement through the company.

Direct activities with External partners as required to provide solutions.

Handle end-users requests courteously and professionally in a timely manner. Communicate with business all changes and affects to end-users.

Provides research as required and documented answers to all inquiries on project or request status.

Responsible to develop training plans to work with all end-users to increase Epicor knowledge and enhance capabilities. Increase knowledge on product information and problem resolution.

Responsible for update's and upgrades, much of this work after hours. Coordinates SME's to stay up to date

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

Preferred knowledge of the converting industry and manufacturing process.

Manages difficult situations; responds promptly, professionally and proactively to customer needs; utilizes effective communications skills to bring clarity to issues; responds to requests for service and assistance, meets and exceeds customer commitments.

Required Problem Solving skills - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; identifies and presents options; thinks logically and quickly in resolving issues. Escalates as necessary.

Preferred experience with Epicor 10/11 and familiar with Kinetic 2021.

Required to have working knowledge and skills in the following areas. SQL, SSRS, Application Studio, DMT, BAQ's, BPM. Familiar will all Epicor Modules

Required to have good grammar and diction when communicating either by telephone, email or voicemail.

Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment, multi-task as necessary and still respond professionally.

QUALITY STANDARDS

Ability to define and distinguish between quality standards, requirements, and specifications with the goal of meeting the customer's specified requirements.

Ability to read and interpret requirements and appropriately apply to the required project or task or activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Preferred Bachelor's Degree or (5) years Business or Technical Analyst role directly associated to use of Epicor application.

Requirement's:

Must have 5+ years in Epicor and Kinetic Experience, this is sometime list as Epicor 11.X Ability to be in office 3 days a week but also be able to be in the other days if absolutely necessary. Also must be able to work full days the other two.

Skills: SSRS, application studio, BPM, BAQ, DMT, ERP implementation experience

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

This role will require work to be done outside of normal business hours and on weekends as needed.

For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
