User problems are simulated or recreated to resolve operating difficulties and system changes are recommended as necessary to reduce user problems. Interaction with other services such as networking, interfaces, application development, etc. is required as necessary to identify and correct problems and restore user functionality. The Help Desk Specialist is responsible for maintaining system documentation, monitoring critical functions, operations, installation, and maintenance. You will be working 7pm - 7am with a 4 on 4 off schedule.Requirements:Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or comparable certificate from a technical school.1-2 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows applications and operating systems.Valid drivers license and use of an automobile.In-depth PC experience.Understanding of networks, interfaces, and client-server relationships and processesExcellent Customer ServiceDecisivenessPolicy and ProceduresAnalytical problem SolvingMust be able to successfully pass a criminal background checkTB test required
