Scrum Master

*Hybrid ONSITE 3x per week in Charlotte, NC**Mandatory Skills:6+ years of experience as a Scrum MasterDeep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)Experience with Agile collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)Preferred Skills:Retail / eCommerce experienceCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certificationExperience with marketing automation platformsExperience working on data engineering projectsOverview:Seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master with a passion for Agile methodologies to join our team. As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile Scrum process, coaching, and mentoring the team, and ensuring that the team is following the Scrum framework and Application Lifecycle Management practices. You will work closely with the product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Implement Agile best practices.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies throughout each iteration cycle.Oversee other business analyst activities and provide guidance around user story creation, review, and necessary requirement approvals.Remove roadblocks and track team dependencies.Work with Product Owner on backlog prioritizationDirect customer engagement, facilitating User Acceptance Testing, ensuring to gather the voice of the customer.Assist in the identification of high risk and error mitigation while promoting principles of standardization and simplification.Advocate for Agile Ways of Working and tools.Train current team members in process changes, system implementations and policy changesAct as coach and influence the team through shifts.Other Responsibilities:Facilitate the Scrum process and coach the team on Agile methodologies.Guide the team to improve their productivity and ensure that they are meeting their goals Work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the team is working on the highest value items first.Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and Data engineering & BI Management practices.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify areas where the team can improve their processes and practices.Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.Facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Remove any impediments that are blocking the team from making progress.Ensure that the team is maintaining transparency and visibility into their work.Compensation :$60/hr to $66/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
