The EUC-Desktop Support Workplace Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting of end user computing (EUC) hardware and software.The engineer must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with EUC systems such as laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.The engineer must be able to provide advice and solutions to end users on how to optimize their EUC systems for maximum efficiency.The engineer should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supporting EUC systems.The engineer should be knowledgeable of EUC hardware and software, and should possess the ability to install, set up, and troubleshoot EUC systems.The engineer should also have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to clearly explain technical issues to end users.The engineer should be able to work independently and have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.The engineer should also be capable of working in a team environment and should be able to take direction from management.
