The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate appointments with customers and maintain digital calendarsUpdate customer records within a databaseSource, print, prepare job details according to scheduleManage communication including emails, phone calls, and cases.Receive invoices and approve for accuracy.Engage with visitors and outside vendorsQualifications & Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe PDFSalesForce.com experience is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with routinely shifting demandsHigh degree of attention to detailData entry experienceTime Management skills
