Job Description Key Responsibilities Design and configure all aspects of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations - both Supply Planning & Demand Planning Develop systems requirements, design, prototype, implement and rollout solutions Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications (Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Planning Cloud) and business system processes Configure Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Planning Cloud applications as-needed to support solution design Global Order Promising Cloud and Sales & Operations Cloud expertise is highly preferred Engage in project communications with client using a consultative approach. Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options as they relate to the solution. Focus on client value and satisfaction while balancing corporate objectives, feasibility and scalability of solution Integration of Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Planning Cloud applications with other applications and existing processes Design and implement custom reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools to address company needs and improve frequency, accuracy and timeliness of reporting Work and coordinate with other project team members and business users as needed Responsible for overall solution integrity of large and complex solutions, providing direction to other Solution Architects on technology and design choices. Produce and deliver documentation for design, training and application administration Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on highly complex customer engagements Effectively consult with management of customer organizations Gain client acceptance of the implemented solution Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud practices and processes, avoiding customizations wherever possible Define and adhere to Fujitsu solution standards, estimates, processes, policies and procedures. Familiar with other department's methodologies including project management and development methodologies. Mandatory Skills, Certifications and Experience 10 years Oracle ERP SCM related experience designing, configuring and architecting all aspects of ERP solutions using the Cloud SCM suite of products 2 years of Oracle Cloud SCM consulting experience In Depth Knowledge on Master data setup & Processes to execute the supply planning Involvement with a minimum of five (5) full life cycle Oracle SCM implementations, of which at least two (2) should be Oracle Cloud supply & demand planning Demonstrate strong proficiency in all functional aspects of Cloud Planning application solution design, configuration, integration and deployment Excellent problem solving and debugging skills with experience in troubleshooting issues for Cloud ERP clients Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment Excellent oral and written communication skills BS degree in IT, Computer Science or related field Ability to manage multiple projects at a given point in time Ability to learn quickly Desirable Skills, Certifications and Experience Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Certified implementation professional. Experience of Oracle Order Management Cloud (Specifically GOP Cloud) is preferred Remote position with some travel needed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $105,840 - $152,410 USD.
