Overview:

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer / Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities: Essential duties include, but are not limited to: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and any other customization required to support ITIL processes Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, configuration, customization, and scripting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions Configure ServiceNow modules based on business needs and best practices Perform system integration tasks with third-party tools and applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, workflows, and user guides

Qualifications: Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field A minimum of 3-8 years working as a ServiceNow system administrator with 2 years experience of ITSM service management and development ITIL Foundation certification Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS. ServiceNow Certified Admin certification Certification in ServiceNow Development is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
