iOS Mobile Device Specialist

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their iOS Mobile Device Analyst position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, New York. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Provide high-level, white-glove communication and support to senior leadership, focusing on troubleshooting and managing their personal and business mobile devices.
• Resolve issues primarily related to Apple iPhones, including device management, mobile troubleshooting, and wireless carrier troubleshooting using Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with a project focused on cellular activity in skyscrapers, helping resolve infrastructure-related complaints and contributing to long-term improvements.
What You'll Need to Have:
• Strong expertise in Apple iOS, with experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level mobile devices, especially iPhones.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and experience in wireless carrier troubleshooting.
• Experience with a ticketing platform (ServiceNow or similar), and any project management experience is a plus, particularly for supporting cellular infrastructure projects in corporate environments.
Pay Range:
$35-$45/hr +
