Business Analyst
to join our team.You will report directly to the SVP of Revenue & Optimization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve corporate performance by reviewing and optimizing many aspects of the business. The primary departments of focus are Revenue Cycle, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Payroll.Manage and monitor the collection, trending, and analysis of key data to support operational resultsDirect the trend analysis to improve operational efficiencies and regulatory complianceTrack performance of projects underway within the scope of the departmentEnsure tools and templates are built to allow for efficient execution of business processesAct as an advocate for organization-wide technology evaluations and implementationsAbout You:
BS or equivalent from an accredited college, Masters degree preferredProfessional designations are not required but training and certificates in quality or regulatory affairs would be a plus (e.g. CQM, CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, Lean Principles)Commanding knowledge of MS Excel required. Knowledge of MS Access, Minitab, Hyperion, Tableau or comparable BIApplications or query tools is a plusWe Offer:
