The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating visually compelling reports and presentations using Adobe InDesign. For more information about us, please visit www.boongroup.com.What You'll Do:Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases.Create visually appealing and professional reports, presentations, and documents using Adobe InDesign.Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and analysis techniques.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
