Day to day: The Endpoint Asset and MDM Specialist is responsible for managing the endpoint inventory and Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments for Information Technology Services and its adjacent departments. This role demands a solid foundation in inventory management and a demonstrated ability to implement and support MDM solutions, particularly within a higher education context. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of endpoint management principles and a successful track record in managing large-scale environments.

Pay Rate for this job is $35 - 40/hr based on seniority.

Required Skills & Experience

In-depth knowledge of MaaS360 MDM features and functionalities.Strong foundation in inventory management principles and practices.Proven experience in implementing and supporting MDM solutions in large-scale organizations.Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in training and knowledge transfer.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.Experience in a higher education environment is highly desirable.Experience with JAMF highly desirable.
