This is an onsite position.As the Administrative Assistant - Housekeeping, you’ll provide general administrative and project-based support to directors, senior managers, and managers,as assignedWhat You’ll Work OnResponsibilities include all administrative functions of the department: answering phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, processing expense reports, meeting/event planning, creating or modifying business documents, managing correspondence, handling teleconference and mobile phone setups, acting as a liaison for remote access issuesAssists department with projects, including basic project management, basic research, and drafting communicationsUses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software, including the Corporate Travel Web site, document management system, and employee performance management systems (as applicable)Usesintermediate to advanced software skills to perform work assignedCoordinates and maintains departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulationsCoordinates new employee office set-ups and onboardingFollow established coverage and back-up support plans to ensure departmental and divisional support needs are fulfilledResponsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and proceduresMaintains and manages department calendars and staffing recordsPrimary point of contact for the department’s annual purchase order processing and reconcilingSupport for other diverse projectsPosition Accountability / ScopeWorking with cross-functional teams in connection with projects and to provide division-wide supportIntermediate knowledge and understanding of business processes and requirementsFrequently handles confidential or business-sensitive informationMaintains and may manage calendars, including meeting and travelProactively identifies and resolves scheduling conflictsPoint of contact for team schedulesRequired QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent1+years of previous admin experience or equivalentOperates with general instruction and some supervisionIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, along with SAP and Ariba.* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
