QA Software Engineer

50% of the belowTest Planning and Execution:Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications. · Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. Test Automation:Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using test automation frameworks. · Implement automated tests to improve test coverage, reduce manual testing efforts, and speed up release cycles. Collaboration:· Work closely with developers, product owner, manager, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation. · Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives and ensure quality throughout the SDLC. Documentation and Reporting:· Document test results and provide detailed reports on defects and issues. · Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to product team. · Document test results and progress for the software development team. Continuous Improvement:· Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance. · Suggest and implement improvements to the QA processes and tools. · Identify key KPIs for product quality. · Develop and implement QA standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. · Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement. · Drive innovation and stay updated with testing technologies and best practices to streamline and improve overall testing processes.
