Additional information:
The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements:•Programming/systems analysis experience (2-5 years);•Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports;•Experience writing complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects and or ability to write complex queries utilizing transact SQL (preferred);•Experience in relational database design, data processing and data communications (preferred);•Experience in writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements (preferred);•Government experience;•A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:•Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions;•Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with the Department's Contract Manager throughout the PO term;•Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures;•Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively;•Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctness before submitting to the Project Team and Stakeholders.
