Insight Global is looking for a Hyperion Administrator to support a Fortune 500 manufacturing client of ours in their Financial Planning and Analysis IT group. You will be tasked with the administration, maintenance and continual improvement of the Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning applications. You will work with other departments, including Information Technology, to review business and system requirements or systems design, plans for build, test and post-implementation to ensure successful implementation and execution for the Finance Teams. You will support ad-hoc financial analysis and budgeting processes within the outlined applications. You will report to the Senior Finance Reporting Manager.

Develop and maintain Hyperion Essbase applications, data load rules, dimension build rules, calculation scripts, report scripts
Create, maintain, and optimize Essbase outlines -- manually and through MaxL scripts
Ability to interface with users to quickly correct problems and develop solutions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Smart View), relational databases (Oracle), general ledger systems (predominantly SAP), Financial Reporting Studio
Weekend and off-hours work sometimes required, particularly around month-end closing.
