Shift : Days / 7a-7:30p, 12x4, 48 hours per week, will accept 36's
Length : 13 weeksCall-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
Requirements:
IN/Compact License
2 years of nursing experiencePreferably with neuro or stroke experience

Staffing Ratios: 1:5-6Unit Information: Med Surg + Neuro/StrokeFloat to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU)Skillset Requirements: Med/Surg, MS/Tele, and IV StartSkillset Preferences: Interpretation of dysrhythmias and Management of dysrhythmiasTraveler must have IN/Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application package for their license to apply for this position.MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE CHARGE OR OPEN TO TRAINING FOR CHARGEFirst Time Travelers AcceptedShift Requirements: 4x12 or 3x12*** Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE.
