to work hybrid in the Fort Mill, SC area. Some travel to stores on an as needed basis.ResponsibilitiesProvide support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk service requests through tickets or by phoneEnsure that all tickets are reviewed and properly acted upon before the end of each work dayExecute hardware/software upgrades and repairs as assignedProvide support for our Storis ERP systemFollow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolutionEnsure that the help desk is physically covered during business hoursManage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory recordsKnowledge | Skills | AbilitiesTwo plus years of help desk experience in a Window/Mac environmentAssociate's degree or above in a relevant program of studyCompTIA A+ or relevant certification a plus!Ability to communicate technical information to a wide range of end-users, both by phone and through emailExcellent customer service and troubleshooting skillsReliable and punctual for each shiftMust have a solid understanding of the following:Windows 10 and Mac OSOffice 365Active Directory managementITSM (i.e. IT Ticketing System, Service Now, Remedy)Printers, scanners, and computer peripheralsMobile devices (iOS and Android)Client PC connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP, and VPN)File server knowledgeCompensation | BenefitsCompetitive salary with advancement opportunitiesComprehensive benefits including:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, Supplemental, & HSARetirement plansPaid time offEducational opportunitiesProfessional development and advancement8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
