Senior
Business Analyst
to contribute to development efforts and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. We enjoy the challenges of human-centered design, security, and scale to create better outcomes for our federal agency partners. We are a remote-first company and work completely in the open source.
About the role:
As a
Senior Business Analyst , you will provide guidance and actively participate in requirements reviews, client support, testing and everyday readiness analysis. Research and capture business needs and act as a proxy for the users and customers by interfacing directly with developers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and testers to ensure the end-state functionality is acceptable in fulfilling the identified customer value.
What we are looking for:
Ten plus years of relevant experience
Experience in JIRA, Confluence, & Slack or Mattermost
Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams
Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations
Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Highly preferred:
Ability to guide teams and mentor junior members
Understanding of data security practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Any certification related to data management, data engineering, software development, cyber security or SAFe would be beneficial
Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret security clearance

Hybrid - Colorado Springs, CO
May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range :
$105,000 - $140,000
The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
