Data Integration Management:
Oversee the data integration from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).Data Analysis:
Analyze large datasets within CJA to extract actionable insights.Validation and Tagging:
Validate analytics, tagging, and data integrity pre- and post-production.Cross-Platform Insights:
Use Adobe Analytics to aggregate multiple digital data sources for comprehensive insights.SQL Utilization:
Employ SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis.Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.Experience in healthcare is preferred.Preferred Skills:Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.Knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript.Familiarity with data visualization tools.
Certification Preferences:Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Expert and Adobe Analytics Developer Expert/Master certifications.Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert certification is highly desirable.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:6+ years of experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
