Power Platform/RPA developer
Location: 1221 E. Broad St. Richmond, VA - Hybrid
Contract Position
This position is hybrid and may require on-site as needed
Jr Power Platform/RPA developer. The ideal candidate will be skilled and knowledgeable in Microsoft's Power Platform, to include PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Automate desktop, Blue Prism or UI path and SharePoint Online. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
Responsibilities:Aid in the analysis, requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.Create and configure Power AppsPower Automation (both Canvas and Model-driven Apps).Configure business process automation.Develop Power Platform solutions for the IT Division and assist citizen developers in creating and maintaining their own solutions using the platform based on their business needs.Provide comprehensive support and Code review to the Power Platform user community.Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platform's .Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.Troubleshoot Power Platform issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.Function as a liaison between IT and the business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.Understanding in Power Automate Desktop.Understanding of Blue Prism or UI Path RPA processesUnderstanding migrating Blue Prism RPA bots to Power Automate Desktop.Participate in Agile SDLC
