Shift Availability:

Flexible scheduling to suit your preferencesRotating shifts to accommodate diverse needsAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide comprehensive telephone assistance to customers and perform troubleshooting and repairs both in the field and in-house for various products. Your role will also involve conducting training sessions for customers and Toshiba staff on troubleshooting, repairs, and applications. You'll prepare essential documentation, including service call and monthly activity reports, while maintaining a centralized technical support database to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Staying updated on technological advancements and product changes through self-directed learning will be vital, as will managing a repository of product manuals and engineering design changes for the Field Service Department.

Requirements:Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing productsAssociate degree in a technical or electrical fieldExperience with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systemsAt least one year of troubleshooting and repair experienceAttendance at in-house service training schools for productsSkilled in using common hand/power tools, electronic test equipment, and high-voltage test equipmentFamiliarity with programming for microprocessor-based equipment, such as PLCs and computersPhysical ability to perform tasks related to electrical work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmentsWe appreciate your hard work with fantastic benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card, access to a dedicated local support team, employee discounts, and referral bonuses.
