Network Support Technician

A client in the Huntsville area is looking for a Network Support Technician to join their team and support a federal customer. This individual will monitor and respond to hardware and software issues within technical control facilities. This role involves utilizing testing tools and techniques, interfacing with contractor support services for escalation during outages, and providing network server support. The technician will assist with the installation of terminals and associated hardware, and offer Tier I and II support at remote field and garrison sites.
