The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the seamless delivery of workplace-collaboration and productivity applications in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will facilitate the end-to-end deployment process, from initial analysis to user training and application performance monitoring.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for workplace-collaboration and productivity applications. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, creating effective user stories and use cases. Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments to recommend optimal solutions. Collaborate with IT project managers, developers, and vendors for timely solution delivery. Lead the implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of collaboration and productivity tools.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience with workplace-collaboration and productivity applications (Zoom, Microsoft O365, Slack). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
