Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Working closely with system users, technicians/developers, and managerial staff.Evaluating business and system processes for areas of improvement; developing and implementing solutions.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.Performing requirements analysis.Documenting and communicating the results.Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.Providing ongoing support to system users.Conducting root cause analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies.Researching financial discrepancies, determining the most appropriate methods to correct them, and preparing corrections. Supporting the month-end processesAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesRequirements:3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Extensive experience with Track-A-Tool.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written skills.Responsible, accountable, dependable, team player, and collaborative.Understanding of basic principles of finance and accounting.
