Job Title: Business Analyst - PaymentsLocation- Charlotte, NC

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document payment-related requirements.Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional and technical requirements.Create detailed user stories and process flows to guide development.

Solution Design & Implementation:Partner with technical teams to design and implement payment solutions that meet business objectives.Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy and functionality of payment systems.Support the successful deployment and rollout of new payment features.

Process Improvement:Analyze existing payment processes to identify areas for optimization.Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in payment processing.

Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams.Manage expectations and ensure project deliverables are met.

Documentation & Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, solutions, and processes.Create and deliver reports on project progress and key performance indicators.Communicate project updates and risks to relevant stakeholders.

Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of payment processing technologies and industry standards.Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.

Additional Desirable Skills:Experience in the banking or financial services industry.Knowledge of risk and compliance regulations related to payments.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
