DevOps Domain Architect

Insight Global is seeking a DevOps Domain Architect for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This role will be working directly with Release Engineering, Performance Engineering, and Observability teams, evaluating these areas and coming up with solutions on how to enhance them as this individual will be a part of the Enablement team, which provides services and platforms to teams across the Digital Technology organization. Main responsibilities include modernizing, integrating and refining delivery practices, platform, and architecture designs along with automated delivery patterns (CI/CD, Continuous automation) that are aligned to the organizations business goals (e.g., speed, reliability, scalability).

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Leverage expertise in domain-driven design principals to improve upon conceptual and logical models and advocate for their organization-wide adoption in adherence to architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworksCreate detailed execution plans to implement recommendations for DevOps platform and solution designs and ensure consistency and compliance with architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworksInfluence business strategies and execution models by providing insights on how updated end to end delivery capabilities can drive business goalsFoster collaboration among various stakeholders across the business, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of architectural principles, policies, standards, and frameworks in a unified mannerProvide technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in support of the implementation of solution designDrive strategic communication regarding technical considerations and impacts to stakeholders helping them understand implications in detailMaintain and leverage strong business networks to ensure ongoing alignment between business operations and IT strategyContribute to and influence the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that drive business goalsEvaluate emerging technologies and trends to help the organization maintain a competitive advantage, driving innovation within the organization

Compensation:$113,000-146,000

Required Skills & Experience-Bachelors degree in Computer Science related field, or 12+ years of professional IT experience in lieu of a degree.-10+ years of professional experience in the DevOps domain and designing platforms solutions.-Previous Architect-level experience solutioning design, development and delivery cycle.-Experience with creating strategies, frameworks, and solutions using DevOps best practices.-Expert-level knowledge with DevOps concepts and technologies.o Github Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.
