A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Senior Reporting & Analytics Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing robust reporting and analytics solutions using AWS QuickSight and Tableau.

Pay Rate from $45-57/hr

Required Skills & Experience

* AWS QuickSight experience is a MUST HAVE

* ETL experience with AWS Glue is a MUST HAVE

* Infrastructure as a code using Terraform

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Understand their reporting needs and translate into actionable data visualizations.

* Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using AWS QuickSight and Tableau.

* Develop and implement data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable SQL queries to extract data from various sources.

* Ensure data accuracy and consistency through data quality checks and cleansing processes.

* Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure a seamless flow of data insights.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence (BI) and data visualization.

* Document and maintain reporting processes for future reference.

* Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.

* Proven experience with AWS QuickSight and Tableau (experience with other BI tools is a plus).

* Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and transformation.

* Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., AWS Redshift) is a plus.

* Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline development (e.g., AWS Glue) is a plus.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.

Bonus points:

* Experience with data governance and security best practices.

* Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages is a plus.
