Description:

The Park Ridge Park District's Preschool Office is seeking an Administrative Assistant. If you are organized, creative, good with computers, detail oriented and like young children, then this job is for you! Our preschool office is a fun place to work as every day is different! Will assist with Preschool and Early Childhood programs and the opportunity to insert creativity in order to make programming exciting and new. Good customer service skills are a must!

Qualifications:

Requires two to three years of experience in a preschool classroom setting. Must have Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MSI, Rectrac and/or Paycom Software is a plus. CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire.

Education:

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or Associate's Degree with a minimum of six credit hours in the field of Early Childhood/Child Development.

Availability:

Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm.
