The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the Vice Chancellor and Secretary of the Board of Trustees and to the office generally. Duties include, but are not limited to:Scheduling meetings and managing calendars in coordination with othersProviding excellent service as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and in-person guests to the officeArranging travel for members of the Board of Trustees (e.g., airfare, hotel reservations, car service)Ensuring an organized and orderly office environment; procuring office supplies and refreshmentsReconciling the Secretary's One Card and processing reimbursement requestsOther administrative support duties as assigned
Job Summary
Performs administrative assistant support work of moderate complexity.Essential Functions
Ability to coordinate with multiple parties to schedule meetingsAbility to maintain confidentialityEffective written and verbal communication skills across a variety of mediums (e.g., phone, email)
Physical Effort
Duties are primarily sedentary. Must be able to use a computer at a desk or similar workstation, and travel to on-campus meetings as needed.
