Position Summary:

As the SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our SharePoint M365 platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to identify requirements, propose solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of SharePoint-based solutions that align with our business objectives.The successful candidate will help us scale seamlessly during a period of high firm growth, while preserving a collaborative culture, maintaining high standards of service, and cultivating exceptional experiences in support of our brand.Relocation is available and remote opportunities may be considered for strong, well-qualified candidates. Occasional travel is required.Responsibilities:SharePoint Strategy and Governance:

Define the strategic direction for SharePoint within the organization, including governance policies, best practices, and standards.Partner with a 3rd party Systems Integrator under a broader transformational program to drive SharePoint Online as the Enterprise platform.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align SharePoint solutions with their needs.Develop and maintain an effective SharePoint governance framework, ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.Deep Expertise with synthesizing Regulatory and Compliance Policies into technical delivery and solutions.Ability to synthesize requirements, define/build a technical roadmap that leverages agile best practices.Understanding of design and deployment features of Microsoft Co-Pilot and Document repository management a plus.SharePoint Development and Administration:

Lead the design, development, configuration, and customization of Enterprise SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and other collaborative features.Manage, Architect and Deploy SharePoint permissions, user access, and security settings at the Platform level.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the SharePoint platform.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, integration, and performance.Experience driving end user feedback through surveys and metrics into technical optimization for the platform.Technical acumen with Microsoft Co-Pilot features within SharePoint/M365 including deep links and data structures.Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and recommend SharePoint-based solutions for process optimization and automation.Provide training, guidance, and support to end users to promote effective and efficient use of SharePoint including best practices and change management.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations.Solution Delivery and Project Management:

Lead SharePoint functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants, if required, for SharePoint-related projects or enhancements.Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success and impact of SharePoint solutions.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Extensive experience (5+ years) working with SharePoint, including development, administration, and architecture.Experience supporting and maintaining solutions within the M365 ecosystem such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI is a plus.Experience leading 3rd party Professional Services for operational supportExperience leveraging IT Service management principles.Strong understanding of SharePoint features, capabilities, and best practices.Proficiency in SharePoint customization using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Apps, and other related tools.Knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and access management.Experience with SharePoint integration with other business applications and systems.Project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects in defined timelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $150,000 - $175,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
