We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an API Support Analyst. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our

Order Injection process that runs our QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) delivery Apps to our customers and internal teams for APIs, and related integrations. Your expertise in application programming interfaces (API's) will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and integrations.

Primary Responsibilities•Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for APIs, and related integrations.•Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and 3rd parties regarding support queries.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.•Consult and support on the design, implementation, and configuration of API solutions.•Consult on the configuration of B2B API integrations between client and external 3rd parties and other systems.•Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting resources as needed.

Requirements:•5+ years of experience that demonstrates knowledge of JavaScript, Java, JEE, Web Services and APIs•Extensive experience with SOAP Services and RESTful APIs utilizing a lightweight data-interchange format such as JSON.•Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, Spring Boot Micro Services, Istio/Service Mesh, Spring Framework and/or Open API Specification/RAML•Exposure to API security using OAuth, SAML, JWT and OpenID Connect etc.•Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFE)
