Summary:
TWE seeks a DTC Systems Specialist that provides all backend day-to-day functionality support for D365 FO, CE, POS, Shopify, ShipCompliant, Tock and Wineshipping.
Key Responsibilities include:
Executing all back-end DTC Systems support functions including:Sku/item setups, updates and management in D365 FO, Shopify and all other DTC Systems.Discount and activity setup and management in D365 FO, Shopify and all other DTC Systems as needed.Assist/execute D365 and Shopify POS category, screen layouts, and support as needed.Assist in maintaining Tock Reservation system (backend functionality and check sync).Assist with ShipCompliant and Wineshipping tasks as needed.Inventory assistance, including upload capabilities/management.Assists in processing orders in FO eCommerce, Shopify and Outbound Phone orders as needed. Additional responsibilities include website sku/setups, management of 3rd party selling vehicles, chargebacks and refund processing.Support backend functions for TWE Multibrand sites (The Wine Shop, TWE Friends & Family, The Wine Event) including quarantine management, customer service support as needed and clean up/order clearing as needed.About You
Direct to Consumer functional/operational experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Retail Systems (D365 FO/CE/POS specifically) as well as Shopify highly preferred however the ability to learn a complex retail system environment quickly and accurately will also be acceptable.Proficiency/experience with Winery DTC Systems (eWinery, RMS, SC, SF, Vin65, Commerce 7, D365).Microsoft Office proficiency required (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability and Willingness to work within a dynamic and changing environment.Strong Communication, Collaboration and Problem-solving skills.Wine Knowledge preferred.Ability to Multitask and make business prioritization decisions.Ability to work collaboratively within a productive team.Ability to interact effectively with consumers when necessary.What's in it for you

Pay Transparency Disclosure:
The base pay range offered for this position is $$36.06 to $37.50 per hour and a target bonus and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work in our Napa, CA market listed above. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
