Immediate and long-term opening for an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst with Global Fundraising Organization in the Healthcare sector. The Oracle Fusion Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into system specifications for IT teams to implement.
Desired Skills:Working knowledge of financial management systems as part of ERP, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash managementAbility to serve as the liaison between the business and technical team membersAdvanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentOracle Certification(s) in financial management modules of Oracle Fusion ERP (preferred)General knowledge using tools or systems such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, Concur, Jira, Tableau, Power BI, and Visio (preferred)Why IDR?
