Product support technician

job summary: A Product Support Technician (Customer Support Specialist) is needed for a leading manufacturing organization in the Southern Atlanta metro area. The Product Support Technician will be responsible for to deliver expert technical support for complex electrical equipment. In this role, you will manage customer-related issues from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving. Candidates should possess an AS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field) and have a minimum of 4+ years of experience with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of industrial equipment. Candidates with a background and knowledge of substation equipment are desired.
