Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.Legend Biotech is seeking an IT Support Analyst (Contract) as part of the US IT team based in Raritan, NJ.Role OverviewThe IT Support Analyst is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between technology and user experience. As the frontline of IT services, the IT Support Analyst ensures seamless technological interactions within the organization. This position involves a blend of technical prowess and customer service skills to support, manage, and optimize IT systems and services.Key Responsibilities Providing IT support for users in the assigned sitesManaging IT asset and stockInstalling, configuring, and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and mobile devicesFollowing-up on client questions and problems (hardware and software) until resolvedDocumenting issues and resolutions, producing reports when requireImproving and maintaining customer satisfactionContributing to testing and system quality complianceFollowing corporate policies and proceduresAnd other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirementsBachelor's Degree in the field of information technology, computer science, engineering or science is preferredRelevant certifications such as CCNA and A+ are preferred1-3 years IT onsite support experience in pharmaceutical or life science industries is preferred.Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, iOSStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and solve problems based on guidelines and experience.Strong quality and customer service mindset.Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.Knowledge of system and network administration, cloud-based applications are a plus.Experience in Office 365, Excel macro, Linux and/or Windows Shell scripting is a plus.Willing to work on a 3/4 day alternating shift. 11.5-12-hour shifts Willing to work on the following shifts:Wed-Sat/Thurs-Sat- 9am-9pm#Li-Onsite#Li-JK2#contractLegend Biotech is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to attracting, retaining, and maximizing the performance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
