The
Administrative Assistant
will be responsible for providing administrative support to the
Refugee Support Services
program, which includes but is not limited to the following duties:
Assisting Intake Coordinator and Case Workers with client communicationAssisting clients with document production processCreating and maintaining program filesFollowing up with clients regarding appointments and outstanding informationDrafting program advisal, termination, and referral lettersParticipating in and contributing to team meetingsPerforming other duties as assigned by supervisorJob Requirements:
High school diploma/GEDFluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole
Previous experience working in a non-profit or government setting is preferred but not required.
